Our Clients
Our clients are people who view their pets as family members. They want complete medical care for their pets. We are always glad to welcome new clients to partner with us in the care of their pets.
Appointment Policy
Walk-in clients are welcome, but appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Please tell our receptionist if you have an emergency. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. The appointment time is for your convenience: we don't you to have to wait. Everyone's time is valuable to them and everybody has something more important to do than wait..
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
